We do not grow or make anything ourselves. We find producers who can meet your specification, check what they make, and put our name on the export.

From the first brief to the sealed container, you deal with us. Here is what happens in between.

Your specification
Product, grade, packing, volume and destination. The brief is what every later check is measured against.

Supplier search and visit
We shortlist producers, cooperatives or factories that can meet it, and visit before we commit to any of them.

Samples and approval
You approve a pre-shipment sample. That sample becomes the standard the contract is written against.

Pre-shipment check
Each lot is checked against the approved sample before it is packed, by us or an independent surveyor.

You contract with us. We arrange the export documents and supervise the stuffing of every container.

- Own farms, mills, roasteries or factories. We are a trading house
- Ship a lot before you have approved its sample
- Blend or substitute lots without telling you
- Pass you on to a broker you have never heard of
