One counterparty
Contracts, invoices and documents all carry one name: ours, as exporter of record.

Checked before sealing
Moisture for agricultural lines, labels and weights for everything, recorded before the seal goes on.

Freight on your terms
FOB if you book the vessel, CIF if you want us to. On CIF we arrange the marine insurance too.
Commercial terms
The terms every offer starts from. The contract for your lot can change any of them, in writing.
- Payment
- 30% advance by T/T, balance against copy documents; Irrevocable L/C at sight for a first shipment
- Incoterms
- FOB Indonesia, CIF your port, CFR on request
- Samples
- Free samples; you pay the courier. Send a DHL or FedEx account, or we quote it.
- Inspection
- Every lot checked by us before packing; independent inspection by Sucofindo or SGS on request.
- Offers
- Offer sheet within one business day of a complete brief. Offers valid for 7 days unless stated.
