What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive the name, company, email address, destination and volume you type into the form, plus anything you write in the message field. We do not use analytics cookies or advertising trackers.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry, prepare an offer sheet and ship samples. If you ask for our market notes, we also use your address for that mailing, and you can leave it at any time.

Who else sees it

Our email provider and, when a shipment goes ahead, the freight forwarder and inspection bodies needed to issue export documents. We do not sell or rent contact data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted after twenty-four months. Trade records tied to a shipment are kept for as long as Indonesian customs and tax law require.
